Horizon Creative is a full-service design agency for the business market. Retention Period

Horizon Creative will not retain your data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the aformentioned purposes. Client dat on quotes, invoice and payment information is retained for 7 years for statutory administrative purposes.

Emails and contact forms are retained for 5 years, as this is the statutary limitation period for claims for damages, and this data can serve as evidence.

Data for personalizing the website (Google Analytics) is retained for 50 months.

Sharing with third parties

Horizon Creative does not sell or rent your information to third parties. Your information will only be shared with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement you have with Horizon Creative or because we are legally obligated to do so. Your information will be shared with the following third parties:
